We refer to our announcement on the matter above dated 4 May 2011.
Following the fulfillment of the conditions precedents of the Shareholders Agreement dated 3 May 2011 between Dialog, DBS and FSL for the establishment of a joint venture (“Shareholders Agreement”), we are pleased to announce that Dialog and FSL had on 24 May 2011 completed the subscription of shares based on their respective shareholding percentage in DBS as contemplated in the Shareholders Agreement.
