Reference is made to Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata")'s earlier announcements dated 11 December 2024 in relation to the proposed merger of PT XL Axiata Tbk and PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and announcement dated 10 February 2025 in relation to the commencement of a consent solicitation ("Consent Solicitation") for Axiata SPV5 (Labuan) Limited's Notes (as defined in the attachment) and Axiata SPV2 Berhad's Sukuk (as defined in the attachment).

Axiata wishes to announce the results of the Consent Solicitation. As the votes received for each of the Extraordinary Resolutions (as defined in the attachment) in respect of the Notes and Sukuk, respectively, represented a majority of not less than three-quarters of the total votes received, each of the Extraordinary Resolutions was passed.
