Reference is made to the announcement made on 18 April 2024. Capitalised terms used herein are as defined thereat. We wish to announce that the Proposed Transaction completed on 26 June 2024 upon the satisfaction of the specific conditions outlined in the Definitive Agreements. With the completion, Airtel Lanka is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog acquired through the issuance to Bharti Airtel of new ordinary voting shares equivalent to 10.355% of the enlarged total issued shares of Dialog.
