On behalf of Axiata, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that XL has obtained its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed XL LTIS at a general meeting of shareholders convened on 14 April 2011. Accordingly, the Proposed XL LTIS has been established.
