She has been instrumental in many of the transactions within the Group including the merger of Celcom and Digi. Lila has more than 25 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. Before her role in Axiata, she was in UEM Group, where she was the Director of Group Corporate Finance. At UEM Group, she was leading and managing a team in evaluating and executing projects and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions local and abroad. Lila previously held the position of Vice President, Corporate Finance at Axiata Group in 2009.
