Further to Axiata’s announcement dated 26 October 2010 on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiaries held through Celcom Axiata Berhad namely, Alpine Resources and TR Nominees, we wish to announce that the Final Meetings for the members’ voluntary winding-up of Alpine Resources and TR Nominees were duly held on 24 March 2011.
Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, Alpine Resources and TR Nominees would be dissolved with effect from 23 June 2011.
