On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axiata, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish a long-term incentive plan involving the issuance of new ordinary shares in Axiata to the executive directors and employees of Axiata and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant) who fulfil the eligibility criteria.
