We wish to inform that the Board of Directors’ of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata” or “Company”), had on 22 February 2023 declared a tax exempt dividend of 5.0 sen under single tier system per ordinary share of the Company (“Axiata Share”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (“Dividend”).
