On 14 November 2022, the Government of Malaysia declared 18 November 2022 and 19 November 2022 as public holidays in view of the general elections to be held on 19 November 2022. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Axiata will proceed with the EGM for the Proposed Merger on Friday, 18 November 2022 at 9.00 a.m.
