The Board of Directors of Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata") wishes to inform that the Board Annual Report Committee (“BARC”) of Axiata has been renamed as the Board Sustainability Committee (“BSC”).
The change of name is to reflect the addition of the sustainability agenda to the existing duties and responsibilities of the BARC.
