Axiata wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for suspension of trading of the Company’s securities with immediate effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 1 April 2022, pending the release of an expected material announcement.
The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
