We wish to inform that the Board of Directors’ of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata” or “Company”), had on 21 February 2022 declared a tax exempt dividend of 5.5 sen under single tier system per ordinary share of the Company (“Axiata Share”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (“Dividend”).

The details of entitlement and payment date of the above said dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
