We refer to the announcement dated 30 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of TMs Group (“Announcement”). Unless stated otherwise, capitalised definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.
Axiata wishes to announce that edotco Malaysia completed the acquisition of the Sale Shares on 20 December 2021. Accordingly, the TMs Group are now subsidiary companies of Axiata.
