Dato' Yusof was from June 2005 till March 2008, the Chief Executive Officer of TM International Berhad Sdn Bhd, now known as Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata"). Upon the demerger from Telekom Malaysia Berhad, he was appointed as the Executive Director/Group Chief Financial Officer of Axiata on 24 March 2008. He has had investment banking, corporate management and telecommunications experience throughout his career. Prior to joining Axiata in June 2005, he was an Executive Director at OCB Berhad and a member of a number of other public listed companies in Malaysia.

1,019,700 options over Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each in Axiata pursuant to a Long Term Performance-Based Employee Share Option Scheme for Eligible Employees and Executive Directors of Axiata Group ("Performance-Based ESOS").
