Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to the announcement dated 25 October 2010 on the dismissal of the application by Axel Hass (“AH”), Oliver Tim Axmann (“OTA”) and DeTeAsia Holding GmbH (“DeTeAsia”) to set aside the grant of leave to issue and to serve out of jurisdiction the Notice of Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Celcom Axiata Berhad [formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad] (‘Celcom’)/TRI.
Axiata wishes to announce that Celcom was today served with the Notices of Appeal filed by AH, OTA and DeTeAsia against the above decision.
