Axiata wishes to announce that the applications filed by Axel Hass, Oliver Tim Axmann and DeTeAsia Holding GmbH to set aside the grant of leave to issue and to serve out of jurisdiction the Notice of Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Celcom Axiata Berhad [formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad]/TRI, were today dismissed by the Judge with costs.
