We wish to announce that the 18th AGM of Axiata will be held at the Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Tuesday, 22 June 2010 at 10.00 a.m. or at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing with or without modifications, the resolutions set out in the enclosed Notice of AGM.
