Axiata refers to the above and its announcement dated 2 April 2010 in relation to the decision of the High Court allowing the application by DeTeAsia to set aside the Originating Summons filed by Celcom Axiata Berhad [formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad] (“Celcom”) against DeTeAsia (“Decision”).

Axiata wishes to announce that Celcom has today filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the Decision.

Axiata will make further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.

This announcement is dated 30 April 2010.
