Axiata refers to the above and wishes to announce that MCAT and MCAT’s Directors have today filed their respective notices of discontinuance in respect of the Suits with no order as to costs and without liberty to file afresh.
With the filing of the said notices of discontinuance, the Suits are hereby deemed closed.
