We refer to our announcements dated 11 March 2010 and 19 March 2010 in relation to the Proposed Offering.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axiata, we are pleased to announce that Axiata has completed the book building exercise for the Proposed Offering on 27 March 2010.
