Further to Axiata’s announcement dated 31 July 2009 on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary held through Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, namely TRIL, we wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the members’ voluntary winding-up of TRIL was duly held on 3 November 2009.
Pursuant to Section 239 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, TRIL would be dissolved with effect from 4 February 2010.
