Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to the announcement dated 17 July 2009 on the dismissal of the application by TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam bin Ramli (“DBR”) to strike out the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Celcom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiata.



Axiata wishes to announce that Celcom was today served with the Notice of Appeal filed by TSDTR and DBR in the Court of Appeal against the above decision.
