Further to Axiata’s announcement dated 16 April 2009 on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary held through Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad namely, TR Components, we wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the members’ voluntary winding-up of TR Components was duly held on 21 July 2009.

Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, TR Components would be dissolved with effect from 20 October 2009.

This announcement is dated 21 July 2009.
