We refer to our announcement dated 26 February 2009 and the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 March 2009 on, inter-alia, the proposed change of the company's name to "AXIATA GROUP BERHAD" from "TM INTERNATIONAL BERHAD".

We wish to announce that we had today received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia dated 31 March 2009. Pursuant to the above and in accordance with Section 23 (2) of the Companies Act, 1965, the company's name is changed to "AXIATA GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 31 March 2009.
