On behalf of TMI's Board of Directors, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that TMI has requested for a suspension of trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to today, pending an announcement in relation to the proposed renounceable rights issue of new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in TMI to raise gross proceeds of RM5,250 million.
