We refer to our previous announcement dated 19 February 2009 on the entry by CT Paging Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad ("Celcom") which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of TM International Berhad ("TMI"), into a Shares Sale Agreement with I-Mobile International Co Ltd ("I-Mobile") for the acquisition of I-Mobile's entire 51% equity interest in C-Mobile Sdn Bhd ("C-Mobile") ("Proposed Acquisition").

We are pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 2 March 2009. Following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, C-Mobile has, on even date, becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of TMI held via Celcom.
