We refer to our announcement dated 23 January 2009 in relation to the extension of time for fulfillment of the conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreement entered into by Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary company of TM International Berhad with Tune Ventures Sdn Bhd, Tune Strategic Investments Limited, six (6) individuals and Tune Talk Sdn Bhd.

We are pleased to announce that all conditions precedent under the Subscription Agreement have been met.
