We refer to our announcement dated 23 December 2008 in relation to the entry by Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary company of TM International Berhad into a Subscription Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement with Tune Ventures Sdn Bhd, Tune Strategic Investments Limited, six (6) individuals and Tune Talk Sdn Bhd.

We are pleased to announce that the parties to the Subscription Agreement have agreed for the time for fulfillment of the conditions precedent for completion of the Subscription Agreement which expired on 22 January 2009 to be extended up to 10 February 2009.
