TM International Berhad ("TMI") wishes to announce that Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad ("Celcom"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMI and Technology Resources Industries Berhad ("TRI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celcom, have today commenced legal proceedings in the High Court of Malaya against certain of their former directors, DeTeAsia Holding GmbH and Beringin Murni Sdn Bhd ("Defendants").

Celcom and TRI claim that the Defendants wrongfully and unlawfully conspired with each other to injure Celcom and/or TRI and are seeking damages for losses arising thereform which are to be assessed by the Court.

TMI will make further announcement in respect of any material development in this matter.
