We refer to the announcements dated 21 February 2020, 2 March 2020, 27 May 2020, 29 June 2020, 29 July 2020, 24 September 2020 and 16 October 2020 in relation to the Proposed Listing (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that the Proposed Listing has been completed following the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Robi of 523,793,334 ordinary shares of BDT10 each in Robi on the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited in Bangladesh on 24 December 2020 and Robi had raised a total proceeds of approximately BDT 5,237.9 million (equivalent to approximately RM 251.0 million, based on the exchange rate as at 23 December 2020). Following the completion of the Proposed Listing, Robi will be a 61.82%-owned subsidiary of Axiata.
