We refer to our earlier announcement on 10 June 2010 on the MOU entered into by the Parties to explore the viability of long-term collaboration of sharing network infrastructure in Malaysia.
We wish to announce that the Parties to the MOU had on 10 December 2010 entered into a Memorandum of Extension to extend the duration of the MOU for a further period of 3 months to finalize the feasibility study and agree on framework of the potential partnership.
Notwithstanding the above extension, the Parties are aiming towards entry into a binding agreement(s) or such other document(s) as may be agreed between the Parties no later than 31 January 2011.
