Announcement Details :

TM International Berhad ("TMI") wishes to announce that TM International (Bangladesh) Limited ("TMIB"), a 70% owned subsidiary of TMI, has been in discussions with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangladesh who is keen for TMIB to undertake an initial public offering. TMIB is currently examining whether TMIB is able to undertake an intial public offering of its shares taking into account such factors as the timing and the process.


TMI will make an appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and/or take the required actions in accordance with the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Securities in the event TMIB undertakes any material transaction or corporate action.
